Before you deposit

  1. Complete KYC. PAGCOR rules ask for a government ID and selfie before deposit. See Register.
  2. Match your names. Account, ID and e-wallet must be the same person.
  3. Set a limit. Only use money that is yours to lose, never rent or tuition.

Why you start in the cashier

Since August 2025 the BSP removed e-wallet casino shortcuts, so you will not find Jiliko inside the GCash or Maya app. A genuine deposit starts in the Jiliko cashier, which then sends you to your chosen payment method.

Jiliko GCash deposit: steps

  1. Log in on Jiliko (see login help).
  2. Open the cashier or Deposit.
  3. Pick GCash if it is listed.
  4. Enter an amount within the limits shown.
  5. Approve the payment when you are sent to the e-wallet.
  6. Return to Jiliko and check the balance.
  7. Screenshot the receipt and keep the reference number.

Other methods may be shown, such as Maya or a bank option. Use only what the cashier lists on the day.

Withdrawing

  1. If you took a promo, read its terms first. Withdrawals can wait until the conditions are met (Promotions).
  2. Open the cashier and choose Withdraw.
  3. Select an account in your own name.
  4. Enter the amount and confirm, adding any extra code Jiliko asks for.
  5. Write down the time and transaction ID.

We do not quote processing times. They depend on Jiliko and the payment provider.

Withdrawal pending? Send support this

  • Your username only, never your password or OTP
  • Transaction ID, date, amount and method
  • A screenshot of the status screen
  • For a missing deposit, the receipt with reference number

Common causes: unfinished KYC, a name mismatch, or promo conditions not completed.

Does Jiliko GCash work in 2026?

Often yes, but it begins from the Jiliko cashier, not from the GCash app.

Can I use a friend's e-wallet?

No. A different name is a common reason for blocked payments.
