  2. Fill in the fields the form shows. Expect a username, a password and your Philippine mobile number. The exact list is whatever Jiliko displays that day.
  3. Use a strong password you do not use anywhere else, especially not your GCash or email password.
  4. Enter the OTP if one is sent to your phone, then tick the age and terms box after reading it.
  5. Submit, then bookmark the page you land on.
  6. Open the verification section and finish KYC before you try to deposit.

KYC: do it first, not later

PAGCOR's 2026 rules ask licensed operators to verify players with a government ID and a selfie before they can deposit. Finishing this right after sign-up saves you from a blocked cashier later.

  • Use an ID that has not expired. Photograph it flat, all four corners in view.
  • Take the selfie in daylight, no cap or sunglasses.
  • Check that your ID name is spelled the same as on your GCash or bank account.

If sign-up fails

  • Number already registered: you may already have an account. Try the login page guide instead of creating another.
  • No OTP: check signal, wait for the timer, request one new code only.
